Injured Milito back at Barca but no date for return


Gabriel Milito landed at Barcelona on Wednesday after a treatment of his injured knee at home in Argentina. Gaby give a statement for the club official website (http://www.fcbarcelona.cat/) where he said that he did not want to predict when he might play again, and he added “I’m focused on taking things each day at time and getting over the injury.

Milito suffered a serious knee injury during the game against Manchester united in the semi final of the champions league back in 2008.

Green Light for Iniesta


Andres iniesta was given the green light Wednesday after missing the pre-season, the super cups and staying away from the field for 100 days of recovering.

The story of his injury is back to the match against Villarreal. Two centimeters of Iniesta’s right thigh muscle were torn, and he insisted on playing the final of the champions league in roma. The club doctors managed to get him ready in time to play, but the injury returned, and this time it was expected to take him eight weeks to get back into condition – more or less in time to start the new season.

And now, 102 days after the Roma final, Andres can feel like a true player again.

Getafe almost landed Pep


Pep Guardiola could have been preparing Getafe to face Barcelona this weekend if Angel Torres had been successful in his talks with the Catalan coach two seasons ago, as the Madrid club's president has revealed.
